Evolve Partners today announced it has appointed P. Anthony Mangabat as Principal Consultant. Mr. Mangabat will lead the company's efforts in developing new consulting practice areas as well as define methodologies and best practices to be used in the firm's engagements. He joins the company after years of operating and consulting experience in the information technology industry having served in leadership roles in law firms and technology integration companies.
